GALLIPOLIS FERRY, W.Va. — A woman injured in a Mason County fire on Thursday has died.
A couple was seriously injured in the blaze at a Rich Street residence.
According to authorities, neighbors helped the man and woman escape the home. Both people were transported to a hospital before flown to a burn unit in Pittsburgh.
The fire destroyed the home.
