CHARLESTON, W.Va. – A woman has been charged after allegedly stealing mail from up to 30 Fort Hill homes.
Police arrested Heather Gillispie, 27, yesterday. She faces petit larceny charges, and will be charged through the U.S. postal inspector.
Authorities said it happened on Gordon Drive in broad daylight, adding neighbors alerted police of the activity.
The Charleston Police Department initially investigated the calls.
