CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The trial of a Nicholas County man has been moved to later this year.
Kanawha County Circuit Judge Tod Kaufman agreed on Thursday to move the pretrial hearing of Arthur Owen Woods to Oct. 3.
Arthur Woods, 40, of Mt. Nebo is accused of killing his wife, Starina Woods, in March 2016. Investigators previously said she voiced concerns about being in an abusive relationship.
Authorities reported finding bloodstains at the couple’s Charleston home. Her body has never been found.

Arthur Woods pleaded not guilty back in May.
