CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The West Virginia Department of Revenue announced Tuesday that Tommy Young had been named Deputy Director of Marketing for the West Virginia Lottery.

The Sissonville native has served as the Director of Client Relations and Business Development for ZMM Architects & Engineers since 2012.

He also served as the Assistant Director of Architectural Services for the School Building Authority of West Virginia from 1996 to 2006.

“I look forward to serving the State of West Virginia in yet another capacity and joining the marketing team for the start of the Lottery’s 30th Birthday celebration,” Young said. “Lottery proceeds make a tremendous impact on education, seniors and tourism in West Virginia and I am grateful for the opportunity to play a role in that.”
