Tomblin to discuss new workforce training program

SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin plans to highlight a new workforce training program Thursday with officials from local community and technical colleges.

The governor will be at BridgeValley Community and Technical College in South Charleston to discuss the program.

Tomblin will join Chancellor Sarah Tucker of the West Virginia Community and Technical College System, Dr. Kathy D’Antoni, assistant superintendent of career and technical education for the state Department of Education and other leaders.
