Tomblin, Cenergy announce grand opening of Milton facility

MILTON, W.Va. — Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin joined natural gas contractor Cenergy LLC on Wednesday for the grand opening of the company’s new Milton operations facility.

“This expansion highlights the competitive edge that’s attracting more and more businesses to West Virginia, and we’re thrilled Cenergy chose to expand and reinvest in West Virginia,” Tomblin said as part of a statement. “This project was a competitive process, and Cenergy could have chosen any number of locations to expand its operations, but we worked with them to meet their workforce needs and they chose to invest here in West Virginia.”

Cenergy is a West Virginia contractor for the natural gas industry that provides engineering and fabrication for natural gas producers statewide.

The company has expanded four times in Milton and currently has 170 employees.
