Suspect wanted in connection to auto parts store theft

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The Charleston Police Department is looking for a man in connection to a theft at a West Side auto parts store.

Robert “Rocky” Pryor, 57, of Charleston, allegedly stole a money bag from the NAPA Auto Parts in the 600 block of Virginia Street West on Thursday.

Officers were able to use security footage to identify Pryor.

Following a search warrant, authorities searched Pryor’s West Side apartment, where they recovered the stolen property.

Pryor is wanted for a felony offense of grand larceny.
