ST. ALBANS, W.Va. — Police were looking for a suspect after a stabbing Tuesday afternoon at the Post Office on B Street in St. Albans.
The suspect allegedly fled the scene in a green Jeep Cherokee.
The alleged incident happened just before 2 p.m. Tuesday. The victim was stabbed in the hand, police said.
