ST. ALBANS, W.Va. — The St. Albans Police Department is asking for help in a missing person investigation.
According to authorities, James Brogan was last seen Oct. 28 near Spring Street. He previously made threats to harm himself and is also subject to a mental hygiene petition.
Police describe Brogan as 5 feet 11 inches, 160 pounds and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a light blue pullover.
