DUNBAR, W.Va. — A St. Albans man was arrested Friday after he allegedly fired a gun during an argument at a Dunbar convenience store.
Police say 28-year-old Edgar Willis fired a shot from a .22-caliber pistol at a vehicle before leaving the parking lot Friday afternoon. The dispute was apparently over money.
Police stopped Willis as he headed west on State Route 25 near Institute. Officers then seized his gun.
