St. Albans HS assistant principal to lead South Charleston HS

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — South Charleston High School’s next principal has been selected.

The Kanawha County Board of Education approved at its special session Monday a personnel agenda, which included the transferring of St. Albans High School Assistant Principal Paul McClanahan to South Charleston.

McClanahan succeeds Mike Arbogast, who is retiring from the school system after more than 30 years in education. He became principal at South Charleston High School in 2007.
