SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. — South Charleston Police Department has identified the man who was struck and killed by a train Sunday night.
Officials said the victim, Christopher Eric Bever, 51, was hit by the train at Rock Lake Drive and the Kanawha Turnpike.
CSX workers notified law enforcement of the incident just before 9 p.m.
The incident remains under investigation.
