Sissonville man charged with DUI and possession of stolen vehicle

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Kanawha County man was arrested late Tuesday night after driving a stolen vehicle under the influence.

Randall Wilson Asbury, 57, of Sissonville, was taken into custody after police discovered a prescription Xanax pill and a hypodermic syringe in the car. Police say Asbury smelled of alcohol and was intoxicated.

He was charged with DUI and possession of a stolen vehicle.

Asbury was arraigned in Kanawha County Magistrate Court and taken to South Central Regional Jail in lieu of bond.
