CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A man was shot Thursday morning on the East End of Charleston.
Charleston police said it happened at around 11 a.m. in the 100 block of Elizabeth Street.
The victim, who was shot in the arm, was not cooperating with police.
No arrests have been made.
