CHARLESTON, W.Va. – A Rand woman was arrested Thursday on charges connected to credit and debit cards stolen from a vehicle in January.
Michelle Ruth Keeney, 30, of Rand, was arrested on charges relating to a breaking and entering of a car and using stolen cards at stores near Belle and Quincy. She has been charged on five felony warrants for fraudulent use of an access device and two counts of conspiracy to commit a crime.
The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office said an investigation into the matter is ongoing and additional people may be charged.
