WINFIELD, W.Va. — A man was indicted by a Putnam County grand jury Thursday in the alleged murder of a Teays Valley woman.
Phillip Casto, 27, of Scott Depot, was charged first degree murder in the death of 27-year-old Jennifer Evans.
Evans was found dead Sept. 10 last year inside her townhouse on Seville Drive in Teays Valley.
Evans’ husband found Jennifer shot in the head in their kitchen when he arrived home, according to criminal complaint.
