Pulliam, two others indicted by grand jury

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Three people were indicted by a Kanawha County grand jury Thursday, including the Charleston man involved in a December 2016 shooting of a 15-year-old male.

The jury indicted William Pulliam on a murder charge in the death of James Mean.

Pulliam has also been charged with presenting a firearm during a commission of a felony and being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm.

Keith Wade Jones of Rand was indicted on a murder charge connected to the death of his niece’s boyfriend.

The jury also indicted De’Anthony Tornabar on a murder charge; according to police, he shot a man over another woman in South Charleston.
