CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The case of a fatal shooting in Institute will be before a grand jury for consideration.
A preliminary hearing was held Monday in the case of Juan Chic, who was arrested Aug. 18 in connection with the death of Andre Leonard.
Leonard died following multiple gunshot wounds.
