CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Police arrested a Charleston man Wednesday who allegedly threatened a Charleston-area attorney.
Charleston police have charged Barry Pack, 47, of Charleston, with intimidation.
Officers also served outstanding warrants for Pack on extortion and phone harassment charges.
He was arraigned Wednesday evening in Kanawha County Magistrate Court.
