Police investigate break-in after surveillance video release

ELKVIEW, W.Va–Police are investigating a breaking and entering that occurred early Sunday morning after a surveillance camera appears to have captured a clear image of the suspect’s face.

According to police, tools and other items were stolen after K&N Contracting on Will’s Creek Road in Elkview was broken into. One of several surveillance cameras captured the suspects partially covered face.

Police say the suspect comes into view at 4:08:20 and remains in the video for about 40 seconds. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office.
