ST. ALBANS, W.Va. — A body recovered in Gallia County, Ohio earlier this week has been identified as a Kanawha County woman.
Dental records confirmed today the identification of 33-year-old Frances Wartenburg of St. Albans. Wartenburg had been missing since February 2015.
Police are still investigating the woman’s death. No cause of death has been announced as of yet.
