CHELYAN, W.Va.–Robert Bonds was arrested Wednesday after allegedly fleeing arrest a day earlier facing domestic violence charges.
Police say the 21-year-old Chelyan man was taken into custody and arraigned without incident. Police were able to locate the man after receiving numerous tips from the public.
Bonds initially was arrested for unlawful restraint against a female caller who claimed Bonds had been violent with her, and that she had a restraining order against him.
