CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Three Ohio men received citations on Monday after West Virginia Capitol Police learned they were carrying AR-15s and semi-automatic pistols.
The men were part of a six-person group walking outside of the Capitol building Monday morning.
Kyle Anthony Hipol, of Dayton, Ohio; Tyler Douglas Grant, of Dayton, Ohio; and Tyler James Thornton, of Franklin Furnace, Ohio; received citations.
