CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Charleston police have cleared an area of West Side following a report of shots fired.
The incident near Main Street and Glenwood Avenue.
Officers said as many as 13 shots were fired. A parked vehicle was struck. No injuries were reported.
Two men were seen running from the area.
