CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The trial of a man charged with murder is scheduled to begin Monday in Kanawha County Circuit Court in front of Judge Joanna Tabit.
Christopher Burton is one of two defendants charged with the murder of J’Shaad Jones. Marlon Rush also faces murder charges.
Jones was killed outside a bar on Central Avenue on Charleston’s West Side on Dec. 31, 2015.
