MU students struck in crosswalk

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Two Marshall University students suffered non-life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle while in a crosswalk on 20th Street in Huntington late Tuesday afternoon.

Authorities said the students were crossing the street near the Marshall Rec Center when a driver did not stop to allow the students to cross.

The collision occurred at around 4:30 p.m.

Huntington police are investigating.
