MILTON, W.Va. — Police recovered a small amount of marijuana in an unusual location Monday night in Cabell County.
Milton Police said that during a traffic stop, a small bag was seized from a Wendy’s Baconater. Officers quickly pointed out that the restaurant was not at fault for the incident.
Police said that the suspect claimed he didn’t know the marijuana was inside the burger. The suspect’s name and whether they will face any charges.
