Man to serve 58 months in prison for sale of oxycodone

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — A 50-year-old Lesage man who admitted he helped distribute oxycodone pills from his business to an undercover agent was sentenced in Huntington Monday to 58 months in prison.

Kenneth Ray Cisco admitted he sold pills for tractor-trailer tires for his trucking business, Cisco Trucking. Cisco allegedly instructed another person to distribute 33 pills to the undercover agent for six tires in March 2013.

He also admitted to making additional sales with the agent for tires, motor oil and cash. He pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting the distribution of oxycodone, according to U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin.
