CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A man was stabbed in the stomach in Charleston early Friday evening near the city’s sewage treatment plant on 26th Street West.
Dispatchers told WSAZ-TV the man also suffered facial injuries. Police say the man was alert when they arrived at the scene near the railroad tracks.
An investigation is ongoing.
