CHELYAN, W.Va. — A man was struck and killed by a train in eastern Kanawha County Friday, authorities said.
The deadly collision took place on CSX tracks in Chelyan close to state Route 61 and the Lopez Bridge at a few minutes after noon.
Police, ambulance crews and CSX officials were on the scene.
