CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A man is in critical condition after being struck by a vehicle on Charleston’s East End Friday night.
Charleston police said the collision occurred at around 9:20 p.m. at the intersection of Washington Street East and Thompson Street.
The pedestrian is being treated at CAMC General.
Police said the driver would not be charged.
