KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. — A Kanawha County man is dead after a woman allegedly shot him Tuesday morning.
The incident happened at a Shadywood Lane residence.
According to the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office, a caller told dispatchers the victim was attacking his wife, who is the caller’s sister. The caller added she shot the man.
All three people lived at the residence.
Medics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Kanawha County authorities said people at the scene cooperated with investigators. The Kanawha County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office will determine if any charges will be filed.
