CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Charleston man was arrested Wednesday, facing allegations of committing sexual acts with two underage girls.
Michael DeWayne Terry, Jr., 20, has been charged with third-degree sexual assault.
According to a Kanawha County Magistrate Court criminal complaint, the girls, ages 13 and 14, met Terry at a East End restaurant Friday before all going to one of the girl’s home on Washington Avenue.
The girls told investigators they watched movies, which progressed to other acts.
Terry is being held at the South Central Regional Jail on three bonds totaling $29,000.
