CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A man wanted in connection to a fatal West Side shooting on the Fourth of July was taken into custody Thursday.
Jason Hairston was charged with wanton endangerment in the shooting death of 19-year-old Sheena Graves at Littlepage Terrace Apartments.
Hairston was arraigned Thursday afternoon.
