CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Authorities arrested a man accused of two shootings on Charleston’s East End on Saturday.
Eric Scott Appleton allegedly fired a gun several times in the 1500 block of Dixie Street around 1:30 a.m., shooting out the windows on two vehicles, and at the intersection of Ruffner Avenue and Jackson Street, where he shot at a person who was not hit.
Appleton has been charged with wanton endangerment.
