KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. — A Campbells Creek man is facing grand larceny charges after he allegedly stole a West Virginia State Police vehicle.
According to troopers, Matthew Lee Loggins, 28, was arrested Thursday.
A State Police Humvee was in Charleston for repairs when it went missing. The Humvee was later found in the Campbells Creek area.
