CHESAPEAKE, W.Va. — A man was charged Tuesday with malicious wounding after an overnight stabbing in Chesapeake.
According to authorities, Jason Scragg was fighting with Justin Smith when he pulled out an “object with a blade” and slashed Smith in wrist and upper arm.
Scragg’s bond has been set at $10,000.
