CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Sen. Joe Manchin will make an announcement in Charleston Tuesday impacting the West Virginia economy.
The announcement will take place at the WV Lottery Building at 11 a.m. in the 12th floor conference room.
In a statement released Monday, Manchin called the event a “major legislative announcement.”
