CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A portion of Loudon Heights Road in Charleston’s South Hills neighborhood will close Tuesday morning so crews can reinforce a retaining wall.
The section is from the South Side Bridge and Grosscup Road.
The road will be closed beginning at 9 a.m. and will remain closed for up to eight weeks.
Inbound traffic will be detoured at Grosscup Road.
