The crash claimed the lives of Skylor Cooper, 3, and Sarah Cooper, 1. Another daughter, Madilyn, 7, was injured, authorities said.

Investigators said they found beer in the vehicle and there was evidence that Burgess had taken a drug similar to Xanax.
