Legal problems continue at Yeager Airport

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The legal wranglings continue in connection with the March collapse of the overrun area at Yeager Airport in Charleston.

A lawsuit filed by a Keystone Driver area property owner was the subject a court hearing Tuesday in Kanawha County Circuit Court.

Judge Jim Stucky ruled other parties involved in the construction of the man-made hillside that collapsed have to split evidence gathering costs with the airport.
