Kroger brings ClickList to Charleston

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Kroger has brought its online service to the Capital City. The grocery store chain rolled out ClickList at its Kanawha City store on MacCorkle Avenue Thursday.

ClickList allows Kroger customers to order items online for curbside pick-up at the store. Customers pay the person bringing the items to their vehicle with a debit or credit card. There’s a $4.95 fee for the service but the first three visits are free.

Kroger E-Commerce Manager George Anderson said the reception at the Kanawha City location was impressive with 34 customers.

“Out of the 26 stores this division has opened so far, this store has had the highest number of customers on day-1 than any other store,” Anderson said.

There are approximately 450 Kroger items available online. ClickList is a time-saver, according to Anderson.
