CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A man who was shot at the Knight’s Inn in Kanawha City Tuesday night remains in serious condition at CAMC General.
Justin Spillis, 26, of Jacksonville, Fla., suffered a wound to the neck. His condition was described as serious, but stable.
Police say witnesses described three black males entering Spillis’ room prior to the shooting. Detectives are working on developing more details.
