FAYETTEVILLE, W.Va. — The funeral for former Fayette County Sheriff and Circuit Clerk Steve Kessler will be held Tuesday.
Kessler died Wednesday after he was stung by bees while mowing the lawn.
The visitation and funeral will be held at Fayette County Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Building in Fayetteville. The visitation goes from noon to 4 p.m., with the funeral beginning at 5 p.m.
A procession will follow, beginning in Fayetteville and leading to Kessler’s home between Mount Hope and Pax.
