CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The new director of the Kanawha County Public Library system has experience forging partnerships with community and business leaders.
The library board announced Friday that it has hired Riti Grover for the job to replace the retired Allan Englebert.
Grover is coming to Charleston from New Jersey. She’s scheduled to begin Sept. 11.
Grover takes the job in the midst of the library’s fundraising efforts to renovate and add on to the main branch in downtown Charleston.
