CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A Kanawha County man has been charged with battery after allegedly choking and punching a six-year-old.
County sheriff’s deputies say Seth Aaron Browning, 28, put the child in a head lock, choked the child and punched the six-year-old in the stomach.
The incident allegedly happened between July 31 and Aug. 2.
According to the criminal complaint, deputies also responded to a disturbance in Kanawha County where they were told Browning threatened to harm several underage girls.
Browning is being held in South Central Regional Jail on $5,000 bond.
