CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The Kanawha County Board of Education approved its budget for the next fiscal year during its Tuesday meeting.
The nearly $304 million budget will go into effect in July.
The board also approved the $3.2 million public library excess fund, $10 million permanent improvement fund and the $45.5 special revenue fund.
