CROSS LANES, W.Va. — The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department was searching at least one person suspected of firing multiple shots in Cross Lanes Tuesday afternoon.
The call came in to Metro 911 around 4 p.m. as an active shooter call.
The persons involved allegedly fled on an ATV. Deputies said they’re looking for either one or two people, and that the shots stemmed from an argument.
Anyone with information on the incident was asked to contact the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office.
