CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Kanawha County has surpassed 800 total coronavirus cases.
The Kanawha-Charleston Health Department announced Thursday there are 791 confirmed cases and 13 probable cases in the county. The number of active cases has decreased by 39 cases on Wednesday to 317. The number of recovered cases increased to 467.
Twenty Kanawha County residents have died in connection with the pandemic.
