CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Kanawha County Delegate Patrick Lane announced Wednesday he won’t seek re-election this year.
The Republican Lane is currently serving his sixth term in the House of Delegates.
He also serves as the vice-chair of the House Judiciary Committee.
Four candidates have filed to run for Lane’s seat representing the 38th district: Republicans David Bender, Nancy Reagan Foster and Bob Keller, and Democrat Tom Tull.
